Fred joined Cullen – The Employment Law Firm in 2012 and is a Senior Lawyer. He has an LLB and BA in Politics and Philosophy from Victoria University of Wellington and an MA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Fred was admitted to the bar in 2012.
Fred has particular expertise providing advice on complex and trying circumstances. Fred tailors strategies for clients and provides complete support and representation to see things through. He has advised public and private sector employers conducting internal and independent investigations relating to fraud, theft, bullying and harassment and professional negligence. He regularaly advises clients on disciplinary processes, dismissals, restructuring, and restraints of trade.
He has appeared in the Employment Relations Authority, The Employment Court and the Court of Appeal.
Prior to law Fred has worked in both the private and public sectors, including for local government as well as for a major New Zealand bank.
